Summer Kampers Expands to Offer Year-Round Programs!
AFTER SCHOOL YEAR ROUND beginning in October, SK Youth Enrichment:
Summer Kampers is pleased to be a part of the Dexter Community
Education Programs offered at Bates, Cornerstone, Wylie and Creekside
schools after school. We will be offering some of our most
popular classes, including LegoManiacs, Dora & the Reading
Explorers, Junkyard Wars, Self Defense for Kids, American Girls,
a Whirlwind Week at Hogwarts and more! Download our course

assistance. If you’re ready to sign up, Click on the

class size to 20 to ensure each student is given personal attention by
our warm instructors.
AFTER SCHOOL YEAR ROUND Sept. through June, SK Youth Enrichment:
Join us for our new afterschool program based on our popular
Enrichment camps. Courses will be offered right after school from
3:45-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Courses offered to include
academics, music and the arts, cooking, sports and more!
• MID WINTER BREAK CAMP February 25-29, 2008 Mathematics Camp:
If you enjoyed our Academic Camps this summer, you’ll be
right at home with us during MidWinter Break! We will assess
students on Monday morning to determine an individualized curriculum
and work with them throughout the week to solidify weak areas and excel
in others. Every afternoon, students will be treated to fun
activities such as „snow engineering“ (building snow
forts), baking cookies, snow painting and other cool winter
activities. This camp will be a full-day camp, running
Monday through Friday. Morning and After Care are available for an
additional fee upon request.

Summer Kampers Donated Camp Tuition to Spiritus Sanctus and Ann Arbor Open School at Mack!
In keeping with our passion for giving back to the community, Summer
Kampers has recently donated tuition to our Academic and Enrichment
camps to Spiritus Sanctus' upcoming June 1 Auction, as well as tuition
for all three of our programs to Ann Arbor Open School at Mack for
their upcoming Ice Cream Social! We encourage you to attend both
events and support these organizations!
Summer Kampers has moved to Ann Arbor Learning
Community! The administrators at our former facility
have decided to start their own, new program. Therefore, we found ourselves
in need of a new building to house our program. We
were fortunate to find a spacious and modern new facility at the Ann
Arbor Learning Community, conveniently located near State & Ellsworth at 3980 Research Park Drive in Ann Arbor.
There is ample space for expansion in this beautiful facility. Each classroom has a sink, which will be appreciated by students and teachers alike. Ann Arbor Learning Community also has plenty of plots for organic gardening, which our Enrichment
students will enjoy working .
Summer Kampers Donated 3
Weeks of Camp to The Make A Wish Foundation! Summer
Kampers recently donated one week from each of our 3 summer camp programs: Academic Camp,
Enrichment Program and A Very Special Week at
Hogwarts, to The Make A Wish Foundation. Certificates for the weeks at
camp were offered as items for their Silent
Auction on February 17, which was well attended.
